We take security seriously, our servers are PCI Compliant ready, and we make efforts to keep our service as secure as possible. We limit access to our servers but provide an environment with plenty of resources and the capability to run your software at optimal performance.
Free backup2 of up to 500 MB website and database included with monthly hosting, and just $10 per month additional for websites and databases over 500 MB.
- FTP access is not provided or available to our servers nor is third party access to our servers. This is done for both security and server integrity reasons and no exceptions are made to this policy. The WordPress CMS allow you to manage the content on your website and FTP access is not required to manage your site. Any changes requiring FTP access must be implemented by Esotech.
- Free 500 MB backup is for last 7 days of data. Data beyond 7 days is not stored and not available. No warranty or guaranty of data recovery is made or included with this backup service and is not intended to be a disaster recovery or permanent archive backup. If you require permanent archive and disaster recovery backup services please contact us and we can provide you with a quote for these services.
- Third party applications are not permitted on our servers with out review and approval of Esotech and installation by Esotech.
